Minister of State for Interior Shehryar Afridi says no one is beyond the rule of law in Pakistan.
Addressing a ceremony in Peshawar on Saturday, he said it is high time to become one as future is of Pakistan and our country will rise and shine.
He said the government is committed to spend and promote education in the best interest of country.
