Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi says the federal government is adhering to the vision of equal development across the country.
He expressed these views while talking to Governor Sindh Imran Ismail, who called on him in Islamabad on Friday.
During the meeting, matters pertaining to ongoing developmental projects in Sindh came under discussion.
